To be responsible for negotiating with the suppliers best possible prices for goods to help keep the hotel expenditure to a minimum.

To be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with all suppliers, keeping a polite and professional attitude at all times.

To be responsible for contact suppliers to obtain purchase quotations according to the company's purchasing procedures.

To be fully in charge of the daily purchases for all departments in the hotel.

Track all purchase requests with suppliers and update promptly.

Track and ensure on-time delivery of all outstanding or incomplete orders.

Coordinate with Warehouse and related departments to determine ordering needs, based on current inventory, delivery time and other conditions.

Manage and update information related to purchase contracts, supplier profiles, product catalogs, product information of all items necessary for company operations.

Support monitoring market price fluctuations and notify relevant departments if any.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• At least 02 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Knowledge of accounting software (Sun System, Material Control, Opera, Micros) and MS Office (especially Excel).

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
