Performs Financial Due Diligence for Clients to help evaluate their decisions, including: Perform detailed financial and trend analysis using a range of different sources including Target co annual financial statements, monthly management accounts, trial balance data, operational KPIs, and management reporting packs Prepare a summary of key findings identified from analysis and review performed, and clearly articulate conclusions for project team discussion Collaborate with project team to highlight key matters to be communicated to the client Create accurate, insightful schedules to be included in due diligence reports and client deliverables Perform detailed review of schedules and analysis prepared by more junior staff Participates in client meetings and site visits while interacting with client to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis Prepares proposals and engagement letters Develops more junior staff by providing candid, constructive feedback Assist Manager in other works such as preparing the materials for training, design tools and templates, and other firm's activities Assist other teams for other services such as tax due diligence and internal auditBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or relatated major Minimum 3 years working experience in Audit or Due diligence Good communication in English, both verbally and writing Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power point) Strong analytical skills, good attention to details ACCA, CPA, CFA is preferred Confidence interacting with clients, target co management, and team members from all levels of the organization (Partners to Associates) Friendly, versatile, willing to learn and has the ability to work under pressure and tight deadline is a must§ Laptop provision § Attractive annual leave day § Company trip, health care, etc...
