Mô Tả Công Việc
Join our Client Acceptance and Continuance Team and help protect RSM from risks that arise from its professional practice. The Junior Client Acceptance and Continuance will help us meet our compliance responsibilities while supporting our client-facing teams as they deliver quality service to their clients and support the implementation of programs, policies, and practices to manage RSM VN’s risk. The main responsibilities include:
• Conduct Independence Consultations with compliance firm’s procedures and policies
• Monitor Independence and Ethics Compliance procedures
• Support in monitoring and controlling Independence and Ethics via Firm’s Client Acceptance Procedure
• Hold meetings and trainings to develop and apply procedures and policies in firm’s operation (when there is requirements)
• Contribute to Department’s development through plannings and ideas
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Perform other additional responsibilities as assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least bachelor’s degree in Auditing or other related business majors
• At least 1 year of experience in Audit field or relevant area
• Demonstrate strong verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with audiences across the firm and outside professional contacts
• Show business acumen, planning, analytical reporting and presentation skills for multiple and or complex projects
• Able to adapt quickly to changes in the firm
• Ability to work independently and carry out self-direct learning
• At least 1 year of experience in Audit field or relevant area
• Demonstrate strong verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with audiences across the firm and outside professional contacts
• Show business acumen, planning, analytical reporting and presentation skills for multiple and or complex projects
• Able to adapt quickly to changes in the firm
• Ability to work independently and carry out self-direct learning
