Position Summary

Be responsible for quality system establishment and maintenance, setting quality standards, trouble shooting, data analysis by leveraging quality tools, leading or co-leading quality continual improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain quality system requirements, follow-up with the related execution
• Track the quality results and drive the related improvements.
• Lead or co-lead the quality incident investigation and drive / verify the related corrective actions.
• Lead the quality data analysis to drive the related improvements
• Provide the related the coach/supports to build the team’s capabilities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, mechanical automation, chemistry, and material analysis, etc
• More than 5 or above years experience in li-ion battery factory is preferred.
• Familiar with quality tools on trouble shooting, data analysis.
• Fluent English skills on reading and writing, good oral English skill is preferred
• Frequent travel is needed
