We are looking for an Junior Accountant to oversee Accountant activities and make sure the work will happen on time and as per the rules and regulations of Vietnamese Law .
An Junior Accountant officer looks like a very typical position, but in actuality, Junior Accountant is a very important Position in the accountant department hence the candidate's need to be emotionally stable and hardworking, aware of the importance of the work that they do.
• Issuing VAT invoice
• Accounting for collection of bank deposits (VND and USD)
• Reconciliation of debt books.
• Making the PIT declaration following the accountant department and Vietnam law
• Tools increase and decrease reports
• Registration of tax codes for apprentices and new employees
• Register for increases and decreases in insurance, sickness and maternity benefits container... for employees
• Register the employee attendance report at the end of the month.
• Prepare the employee contract and record the expiration date on a regular basis.
• Making reports on inventory, domestic receivables and payables
• Check the reasonableness, validity and legality of the invoice
• Data entry
• Other tasks as requested by Manager.
