We are looking for a Logistics and Sales Coordinators to oversee Logistics and Shipping liasoning activities and to ensure a follow up with clients , by ensuring regular communications and follow-up .
The Logistics responsibilities includes maintaining positive client relations, evaluating clearing and forwarding quotations, approving quotations, and maintaining accurate records for all the transactions for imports and exports.

Responsibilities Logistics :
• Maintaining good relations with clients
• Negotiating Contracts with forwarders, shipping lines, logistics supply chain participant.
• Shortlisting, Evaluation and Contracting with forwarders and other exports and Imports supply chain participants
• Timely deliverability on logistics and shipments
• Negotiations and discussions with statutory departments
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
• Freight and logistics costs analysis
• Reporting market information and preparing a weekly, and monthly report
• Traveling and meeting forwarders and other statutory department when it’s needed
• Prepare Exports and Imports documents and ensure correctness.
• Coordination with clients to get approval on shipping documents in timely manner

Sales Coordinators Responsibilities :
• Following up with the Buyer after the order confirmation for documents and contractual follow-up
• Get the Shipment Instructions from the buyer
• Organize the time with the Buyer representative when it’s needed
• Work with the clients and get the documents approved .
• Send the final document to the buyer as per the instruction of reporting Manager
• Receive the export documents from forwarder, check and confirm the correctness
