Develop and execute content strategies to promote the company's services, expertise, and culture
Create high-quality content for various platforms: website, blog, social media, landing pages, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to align content with business goals (B2B + employer branding)
Optimize content for SEO and web performance
Manage content calendars and coordinate with designers or external writers (if needed)
Track and analyze content performance to adjust strategies accordingly
Research industry trends and competitor content to maintain a competitive edge3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the IT or tech industry
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and SEO
Experience working with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma is a plus)
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes
