JOB SUMMARY
Creating and administering the schedule for the manufacturing process of a product. Building the Master Shipping Schedule based on the capacity and material status and the other factors. Takes care of operations and ensure that the product is on time shipped to customers as well as guarantee customer satisfaction. Generates reporting of capacity within all areas of manufacturing. Manages and maintains production assignments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides forecast and capacity analysis to management.
2. Works on various projects and teams to improve quality, productivity, cost, and safety.
3. Resolves day to day production issues and problems.
4. Ensures effective employee relations.
5. Responsible for completing personal professional development plan
6. Builds the MSS for the following two weeks
7. Performs other related jobs as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Manager
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Strong ability to understand and query information in the Mapics environment
Thorough understanding of Resonance, MRP and Mapics
Strong analytical skills
Understanding of purchasing, planning, scheduling, inventory management
Understanding of load, capacity and bottlenecks in the production environmentYêu Cầu Công Việc
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Four-year university degree or similar level of knowledge and experience
Experience
3years experience in production planning position.
Knowledge of:
MRP or ERP equivalent Material Requirements Planning software.
