Mô tả Công việc

Main Duties:

Day to day management of a strong supportive client starting from Binh Thuan City and ending in Thanh Hoa Province
Develop new business, grow and maintain existing strong relationships
Fulfill customer’s needs by way of product demonstration in the client’s environment
Regional travel is required
Ensure that client’s requests are given priority
Promoting the equipment through the various operators of the industry: distribution, kitchen contractors, kitchen architects, culinary schools, chefs associations
Visiting end users: hotels, restaurants, bakery & pastry shops, hospitals, caterers, central kitchens….
Selecting the national and local exhibitions and participating with a demonstration program.
Available to work outside ‘office environment’ 80%+ of the time to visit the distribution network and the users starting from Binh Thuan City and ending in Thanh Hoa Province
Managing recruitment of new employees for the business sector.
Training new personnel in business expertise
Handling complaints related to business issues including pricing, product quality, etc

Personal Competencies Required

Graduated from college/college/university majoring in Business Administration and Economics
At least 3 years of experience in a management position
Sales experience and with a "roll up the sleeves" attitude.
Working knowledge of the Food Service industry (food manufacturer, food distributor, equipment specialist, chef) ideally, with a proven successful experience to develop a distribution network.
High drive and energy, combined with charismatic personality able to motivate and enthuse.
Sales or culinary experience within the Foodservice sector
Ability to form strong, professional relationships with our distributor network
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales revenue targets
Ability to work within a solid, supportive team environment adhering to company values
Attention to detail and able to complete and submit reports in a timely manner
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Focused on providing industry leading service and support for your customer base
Self-motivated with the ability to plan effectively and work autonomously
Strong, energetic personality with a high level of integrity
Able to work independently within a framework of team goals and company value
