Mô tả Công việc
Risk Assessment and Management:
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address emerging risks.
- Assess and manage risks associated with insurance products and policies.
- Develop and implement risk models, analyze the potential impact of various risks on the company's financial health, and work on strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.
Premium Rate Setting and Reserving:
- Determine appropriate premium rates for insurance policies and establish reserves.
- Use actuarial principles to set fair and competitive premium rates that cover the risks involved.
- Establish and manage reserves to ensure the company can meet its future obligations, particularly in terms of potential claims.
Financial Planning and Reporting:
- Provide financial forecasts and contribute to the development of strategies that enhance the company's overall financial strength.
- Set appropriate premium rates and establish reserves to cover potential future claim payment and liabilities.
- Prepare and present actuarial reports for internal management and external regulators.
- Monitor closely the company’s statutory and internal reporting financial position and advise management on major financial issues.
Strategic Decision-Making and Business Collaboration:
- Work with senior management to align actuarial strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with product development, underwriting, and other departments to support the company's growth and development initiatives.
Team development
- Build and develop an actuarial team, set up systems and procedures, and manage actuarial projects to ensure quality and enhance business growth.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of staff members, providing instructions and guidance on work related matters, and managing their performance to agreed standards

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Actuary Science, Mathematic or related field;
- Associate of an official member of the International Actuarial Association;
- Solid background of Actuarial field, good at pricing and modelling area;
- Good knowledge of Actuarial software;
- Proficient at analysis and forecast with a large data set;
- Change management;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to solve problems using sound judgment and analysis;
- Ability to handle multiple assignments communicating prioritizations to required levels;
- A deep understanding of economics and of the legislation relating to financial services.

Công ty TNHH MTV Thực Phẩm Năm Mục Tiêu ngành nghề / sản phẩm kinh doanh: Thực phẩm Đông lạnh (Thit;, Cá, Gà, Xúc xích,….) được thành lập theo quyết định của Sở Kế hoạch Đầu tư thành phố Đà Nẵng cấp ngày 10 tháng 09 năm 2015, công ty TNHH MTV Thực phẩm Năm Mục Tiêu có trụ sở chính tại số Lô C2-11, Đường Trần Nhân Tông, Quận Sơn Trà, Tp Đà Nẵng với các lĩnh vực, ngành nghề chính như sản xuất, chế biến và kinh doanh các mặt hàng thực phẩm nhập khẩu.
Ngay sau khi thành lập, công ty đã từng bước củng cố lại cơ cấu hoạt động kinh doanh dịch vụ, cũng như chú trọng cải tiến công tác, cách thức làm việc đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng Đầu năm 2016, Công ty chú trọng ổn định và phát triển thị trường phía bắc với việc mở văn phòng đại diện tại Hà Nội, phân phối trực tiếp cho thị trường Hà Nội và các khu vực lân cận.
