1. Managing the import-export procedure; Receive shipping documents from suppliers, check and work with them if there is any delay or mistakes; Work closely with forwarders, including but not limited to provide and receive import-export shipping documents/information; follow up custom declaration and customs clearance process; provide schedule and Racks shipping details information, etc.
2. Managing the payment to authorities/partners & solving issues with partners; Coordinate with Finance & Accounting Department to Provide report and estimate cost; conduct tax payment requests on system; handle issues regarding service cost, payment document.
3. Executes the distribution and allocation of stocks to all relevant sales channels; Monitors stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc; Assists the Supply Chain Manager in other merchandising activities.
