JOB SUMMARY
Role Summary: is a full- time on- site role for an Industrial Engineer located in Vietnam. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, conducting process improvement initiatives, and applying analytical skills to solve complex engineering problems. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and communicating technical information
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Ensure the equipment and manning capacity are accurate and ready to support weekly and mid- term range demand forecast.
 Liaise with facility and EHS department to ensure compliance to safety regulations in factory layout design.
 To develop equipment and manning capacity model for new product and maintain equipment and manning capacity model for existing lines.
 To utilize Systematic Layout Planning method in providing optimized factory layout design.
 Establish M2M and T2M for manufacturing census requirement.
 Other duties as assigned.
 Ensure factory operates at established Man to Machine Ratio (M2M) and Technician to Machine Ratio (T2M)
 To provide Industrial Engineering expertise such as simulation, process mapping and work method study for productivity improvement projects.

 Proficient in PC applications, simulation modeling and Auto- CAD layout design.
 Trained in MOST is an added advantage.
 Good computer understanding with knowledge of Office tools, Database systems and Simulation software.
 Knowledge and skills in MOST, productivity improvement, lean six sigma and
 Kanban system management will be an added advantage.
 Good communication and presentation skill.
 Bachelor inindustrial engineering/ mechanical engineering/ management systems engineering
 Able to manage projects effectively and independently
 Analytical and Problem- Solving skills.
