Job Summary: The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facilities, ensuring that the premises are safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing service contracts, supervising facilities staff, and ensuring compliance with VN regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance and Operations:
Oversee daily operations of the facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of equipment and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Staff Supervision and Development:
Supervise, train, and evaluate facilities staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Develop work schedules and assign tasks to facilities team members.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors.
Negotiate and manage service contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all facilities operations comply with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Implement and monitor safety programs and initiatives.
Budget and Inventory Management:
Assist in the development and management of the facilities budget.
Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and proper storage.
Emergency Response:
Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Coordinate emergency drills and training for staff.
Respond to facility emergencies and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and safety incidents.
Prepare and submit regular reports on facility operations and performance.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and facilities management software.
Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.Laptop
