- The Project engineer is responsible for the overall technical concept of hydraulic from the moment he is assigned up-to the closure of the project scope.
- The role is responsible for the hydraulic design of machines in the maritime environment.
- Supervise that all (internal, Regulatory and customer) requirements are implemented within the technical design of hydraulic
- Ensure that all involved disciplines are aligned and matching each other in the interface.
- Being the dedicated point of contact for all other interfaces within the project (such as Project management, Purchase, Production, Quality) regarding to the hydraulic matter.
- Maintains, together with his direct reporting line, the technical scope and makes sure all deliverables are finished within the set time of the project plan.
- Set up the main design, evaluation and dimensioning of hydraulic systems, HPUs, control valves and piping. combined with overall Mechanical and structural design of the scope.
- Develop cost efficient and modularized subsystems, in cooperation with the responsible CoEs/Product Management, which also need to be maintained for a serial production setup.
