Mô Tả Công Việc

* Department: Sales, Business Development and Marketing
* Reporting to: Direct line : Business Development Manager

Purpose of job: To research and identify new business opportunities in order to promote the company’s products/services by coordinatiing with sales, marketing and technical teams and contacting/developing relationships with customers and relevant authorities.

Job Function:

• To implement strategy for a business development to achieve KPI and department target;
• To identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services and new business ideas;
• Identifying market opportunities and potential customers through meetings, networking and other channels;
• To participate in developing new products/techniques/technologies in the region by coordinating with the Sales and Technical teams;
• To keep up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors;
• To build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers;
• To produce report of business development (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
• To strictly follow QHSSE policy of the company;
• To plan activities in advance by prioritizing tasks based on importance and urgency (to meet dead line & to be on time)
- Site visits : 70%
- Office admin works : 30%
• To do other tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager

Key Performance Indicators: Following KPI setting for each period and evaluated twice per year (first half ended 30 June & second half ended 31 Dec)

Skills & Knowledge requirement:

• Minimum University degree of economics or technics;
• At least 5 years in business development, sales or marketing. Background B2B of construction material or technical equipments (bitumen, cement, paint, steel, machinery…) is preferred
• Planning and Organizational skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Analytical and Creative thinking skills
• Presentation skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Proactive, positive, passionate & motivated.
• Self-learning skills
• Teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of business, industry, social.
• Fluently communication in English & computer literacy is required
