Mô Tả Công Việc
▪ Assistant to manager to generate the quality management system document as well as monitor, maintaining the compliance.
▪ Prepare weekly and monthly customer complaint reports.
▪ Communicate with designers, technical teams and purchasing team to assist with new projects, manage timelines.
▪ Manage all swatches and make sure of the validity for inspection. Proactively asking for renewal to relevant department. Make sure updating information on QA data system.
▪ Under QA and Technical manager, monitoring and reporting on all activities, CAP implementation and procedures.
▪ Monitor the inspection plan from the planning department and consult with manager to arrange QC staff accordingly.
▪ Undertake additional QA responsibilities as and when required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
▪ Graduated from college or higher.
▪ Male or female
▪ Good English communication in plus
▪ At least 1 year of experience in furniture industry
▪ Ability to understand QMS according to ISO 9001:2015
▪ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
▪ Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills
▪ Male or female
