- Lead the sales merchandising team and collaborate with the sales / MD/ QC team of garment/textile section to ensure business operation and achieve sales targets . - Well communicate and cultivate strong relationships with customers (in Japan), factories, understanding their requirements, and offering solutions to meet customers’ needs. - Actively prospect and generate leads to identify potential customers / business partner. - Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into customers. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. - Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand networks. - Prepare and manage sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Age 35~50 2. Fluent Japanese is a must. Proficient in English is a plus 3. Experienced in working with Japanese customers 4. Excellent leadership 5. Good PC skill 6. Bachelor's degree, priority in garment textile business, marketing, merchandising 7. Sales Experience in Apparel manager position is highly desirable. 8. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our products and services persuasively. 9. Proficiency in negotiation techniques to successfully close deals and hand
