Position: Hanoi - Accounting Staff (AR) - Real Estate | Nhân viên kế toán (Kế toán phải thu) - Bất động sản

Job Code: 108436

- Working location: Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City

- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～30,000,000VND

Responsibility

- Process accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with partner’s teams to check the received money and outstanding amount.
- Issue invoices and receipts to clients for money received.
- Work with the bank regarding AR’s matters (Check for documents for paying interest support bank every month, to confirm the owner equity, support interest loan, and Bank Guarantee)
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- Export the report & send it to the collection team to remind the customer for payment.
- Prepare daily collection reports.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies between systems and reports data and resolve issues.
- Monitor & checking bookkeeping related to AR
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Female preferred. Age: 25-35
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 
・Language: English - business level 
・Experience: 
   + At least 3 years of experience in a similar position 
・Required Skills/Abilities: 
   + Experience with account reconciliation
   + Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   + Experience with invoicing and data entry software (known SAP is an advantage)
   + Proficiency in MS Office
   + Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
   + Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
   + Ability to work independently as well as on a team.

<Preferred>
- Experience in real estate is preferred
