• Provide safe and comfortable transportation for guests to and from designated locations.
• Ensure timely and efficient pick-up and drop-off services.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage or any special requirements.
• Provide information about the local area and attractions.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Plan efficient routes to destinations, taking into account traffic conditions and the schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with the front desk or concierge regarding transportation schedules and any special requests.
• Adhere to company policies and local traffic regulations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests.
• Handle guest concerns or issues with courtesy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents.
