Job location
No 05 Xuan Dieu Street, Quang An, Tay Ho, Ha Noi.
Responsibilities:
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Recruiting, selecting, orienting and coaching,counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
- Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios
- Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows
- Tour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues
- Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales
- Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning- Organize special promotions, displays and events
- Other tasks might be assigned by the BOD.

- Requirement: Fluent in English or French
-Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry
- Passion for customer service and Commit to excellent service quality
- Proactive planning, strong in organization and execution
