Mô tả công việc
- Monitor front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention.
- Ensures that the guest journey runs smoothly and timely
- Conforms to and enforce policies and procedures as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
- Supervise the FO team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue
- Supports, trains, supervises Front Office: Guest Relation, Cashier, Club Lounge, Concierge team
- Drive upselling, VIPs , guest data and loyalty programs.
- Develop high quality relationship with guest.
- Perform any other duties.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven working experience as an FOM or relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Guest service, Opera system
- Have strong ability to handle and drive Guest experience
- Anticipation in organization efficiency
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Professional appearance and able to work under pressure
- Remain positive, focus and creative
- Excellent problem-solving ,interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage the operation, provide training and procedure
- Required language(s): Fluent in Vietnamese and English (additional language will be an advantage)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-volume atmosphere.
