Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment, support and management of MCN, formulate the short-term and long-term operation plan of the MCN, help MCN to identify, activate, uplift and retain MCN creators.
- Responsible for establishing professional and effective cooperation mechanisms with agency partners to drive agency development; support MCN affiliate assortment with seller team to optimize the product pool.
- With the resources and capabilities for business development, cross-border marketing and cross-industry cooperation, develop monetization modes for MCN;
- Responsible for helping agencies with daily operation, establishing effective coordination and cooperation mechanisms with the XFN team, expanding MCN's assortment and enhancing regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, with 4+ years of experience in e-commerce business or Affiliate/MCN industry, have a macro vision of the business and insight into KOL/MCN trends;
- Livestream related experiences with celebrities/macro KOLs including scripting, assortment, data analyzing and etc. Familiar with products and brands, brand-side experiences are preferred.
- Maintain a good relationship with stakeholders, strong business negotiation and resource integration capabilities, able to directly negotiate with senior managers of partners and align internal resources.
- Strategic thinking, good pressure resistance and collaboration skills; strong learning ability and data management ability. Matured reporting and summarizing capabilities.
- Data oriented, result oriented.
