- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, and instructors both internal and external parties.
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs which contribute to the sustainable growth of the organization such as producing training calendar and training resources/materials.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations questions, provide guidance and consultation.
- Responsible for Initiating and deliver employee engagement framework and activity across the organization
- Prepare audits, reporting and compliance reviews pertaining to local regulations and programs.
