- Have basic knowledge about import export procedure (customs procedure, pick-up DO procedure…), knowledge about SI/VGM submit is appreciate
- Receive documents (Invoice/packing list/contracts) from the customers, check and cerify the eligibility of docs
- Check and collaborate with the contractors to declare the Customs declaration from precisely and on time
- Planning and monitoring for trucking daily
- Connecting to parties (customer/warehouse/contractors) to schedule the delivery plan
-Check SI (Provided by Company) and choose the suitable carrier & place booking order/submit VGM on shipping line website. Follow up & manage daily task (key info in master file, revise & cancel booking)
-Verify document as customer request, then proceed further step until getting final C/O.
- Solving problem during import-export procedure and delivery, container repair, collaboration with customer to claim insurance
