Objectives: Creating visual, creative and consistent design products with brand identity, contributing to improving communication, marketing and customer experience. Graphic Designer plays an important role in conveying brand messages through images, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic designing
Design media publications: posters, banners, flyers, backdrops, standees, brochures,... for online/offline marketing campaigns.
Design images for digital content: social media posts, email marketing, landing pages, ads,...
Design basic UI for landing page interfaces.
Ensure consistency of images with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with Digital, Content and Brand Communication teams to build image concepts for each campaign.
Update modern and creative design trends and propose improvements for image products.
Manage design data warehouse (original files, stocks, sample images,...) scientifically and effectively.
Video editing
Support editing short videos (shorts, reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts...) based on available content.
Participate in editing product introduction videos, courses, customer interviews, behind the scenes,...
Search and process video materials (stock, footage, audio, background music, subtitles, basic effects).
Ensure video completion progress on time, in line with brand orientation.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Academic and other internal teams to ensure image and video quality and on-time delivery.
Design support for other departments in the company as arranged by the line manager.
Working Time:
Shift 1: Monday - Friday: 8:40 AM - 6:30 PM.
Shift 2: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
Choose one of the two work schedulesGraduated from Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications or related fields.
Have 1-3 years of experience working in a similar position (priority given to education, agencies, technology companies).
Proficient in design and video editing software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects, Capcut, Canva.
Have good aesthetic thinking, ability to compose images, colors and handle typography.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media and online user behavior.
Ability to work independently and in a team, proactive in grasping briefs and deadlines.
Good time management and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
