JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Administration & HR
• Manage day-to-day office operations, filing, documentation, and correspondence.
• Handle HR administration including attendance, leave management, payroll support, and employee records.
• Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training arrangements.
• Support employee engagement, health & safety, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Liaise with government agencies, service providers, and external stakeholders as required.
• Provide administrative support to management for meetings, reporting, and policy implementation.
Purchasing
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain cost-effective and high-quality materials and services.
• Prepare purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely procurement of goods.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier contracts, and vendor databases.
• Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.
• Work closely with production teams and accounts department to align purchasing activities with operational needs.
ISO Management
• Maintain, update, and control ISO documentation and records in line with company standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and coordinating audit activities.
• Monitor compliance with ISO procedures across departments and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in training employees on ISO policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure continual improvement of quality, environmental, and safety management systems.• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in administration, HR, purchasing, or ISO management (manufacturing/industrial background preferred).
• Fresh graduates are encourages to apply.
• Knowledge of ISO management systems and audit requirements preferred.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English (Oral and written) and Vietnamese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle confidential matters with integrity.
