Job Description
- Responsible for lead target planning, monitoring & calibrating of overall mass recruitment efforts at SPX & each sourcing channel
- Identify, utilize, and monitor the performance of a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Conduct continuous lead generation analysis to track & monitor the effectiveness of lead-sourcing efforts, and continuously improve the process
- Synchronize closely with the Mass Recruitment team to identify improvement areas in the recruitment process, develop action plans to fix, and then lead multiple projects to implement changes & optimize outcomes
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation’s target, KPI progress and present insights with actionable recommendations to higher management
- Other tasks as assigned by team lead
- At least 1 years of team management experience
- At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in Project Management, Marketing other relevant experience(s)
- Excellent command of English with strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and business acumen is a must
- Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to work under extreme pressure
- Willing to be hands-on with strong project management and executional abilities
- Proven leadership capabilities, driven, resilient, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
