*Objectives: Mainly about operating an Apple web shop

*Location: Crescent Mall Mall, District 7

Time working:Mon to Sat: 10.00 am to 06.00 pm

*Report to: - Board of Directors (foreigners)

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Manage e-commerce functions for brand Apple and the online store - Future World including:

·Manage e-commerce platform marketing activities to smoothly support sale activities on the e-commerce platforms: Online store, Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,…

·Develop monthly strategic sales plans for brands by working with various stakeholders, including e-commerce platforms, affiliate partners, and brand.

·Execute monthly promotion campaigns to drive the sales.

·Offline: Support Sales team with marketing including but not limited to designing, arrange for printing various standees @ stores, OOH, Brochures, catalogs etc.

·Merchandising of Online: content marketing, online visibility, promotion marketing, and shopper engagement. Including:

oUp to date maintenance of all products & promotions in website.

oCheck if the website reflects the current stock.

oAdd or delete the products from the website depending on the availability of products.

·Media: Onsite and off-site traffic plans for shop-in-shop on E-Commerce platforms.

·Manage the online store contents, Traffic, sales conversion, using various digital sales conversion technique,

·Good working knowledge of Haravan-based online store, hand’s on experience to manage the content posting, format the details.

·Manage the day to day Social Media posting in accordance with guidelines.

·Manage all marketing communications including Google ads Campaigns, Facebook posting.

·Content writing, Supporting Education & enterprise team with content required. Improving SEO of the website.

·Corporate marketing to bring B2B leads.

*Requirements:

·Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/E-Commerce or relevant majors

·At least 2 yrs experienceof similar position, having experience of online web shop operation is an advantage.

·Fluent English communication as well as excellent writing & reporting skills in English

·Have Knowledge in Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator for designing.

·Good knowledge of platforms for online storeoperation, specially Haravan

·Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

*Benefits:

·Salary: Base salary: $450-550 (up to capability) + incentives

·12 days of leaves/ year.

·13th month salary and periodic salary increase, according to business situation and individual performance.
