THE BIM FACTORY

1.BIM management:
- Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement.
- Creation and maintenance of the template files to assure standards.
- Provide support for plotting and electronic file submissions.
- Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity.
- Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all products.
- Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
- Provide fundamental and intermediate training to staff on all BIM software.
- Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of BIM users to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of BIM models.
2.Team management:
- Communicating with team members, providing feedback and support, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and development opportunities to improve individual and team performance.
- Overseeing the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments or teams.
- Gathering and analyzing data to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the team is operating efficiently and effectively.
3.Project management:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Architect, Civil Engineering, MEPF Engineering, ...
- Practical knowledge of construction engineering
- Over 5 years of experience inBIM
- Over 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to set goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Experience with data analysis and performance tracking.- Salary: up to 40M (deal according to capacity)
