*Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical advice about the suitability of metals for different purposes
- Making recommendations and advising about product feasibility with welding methods
- Investigating corrosion and metal failure/fatigue
- Investigating about production problems related to materials
- Liaising with and supervising engineering and technical staff for all quality matters and machinig process
- Ensuring adherence to manufacturing quality standards
- Overseeing operational quality control processes
- Using both destructive and non-destructive techniques to test composition
- Supporting production process audit
- Assisting with product inspection, development of inspection criteria, and training employees on customer requirements for products;
- Complying with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Quality System
- Ensuring the strictest and highest confidentiality is adhered all times.
- Ensuring all compliance and ethical practices are full adhered to.
* Accountabilities
- Have accountability on labor accident, incident and notify to the Inspectorate of Department of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs and local authority.
- Have accountability on the compliance to all standards and related legal requirements of the Company
- Being answerable for decisions and activities to the local government, legal authorities, and its interested parties.

**Job Requirement
* Background /qualification:
- University/ College degree of Technical/ Mechanical/Material Science /Welding
* Experience:
- 3-5-year experience in precision engineering or manufacturing company
* Special skill:
- Solid Material knowledge
- Excellent Welding technology
- Metal cutting technology
- Metrology knowledge
- Quality Control Methods
- ISO and other industrial standards knowledge, API is preferable.
- Strong mechanical engineering concepts, preferably of of CNC machining (large High precision / High Value parts)
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, highly self-motivated, organizational skills and team player
- Collaborative and constructive relationship with all departments and functions;
- Tremendous amount of creativity and innovative skills
* Training: As per request in specific task
