Joola is expanding in Vietnam’s pickleball community, and we’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive to build and maintain relationships with coaches and facilities nationwide. You’ll help grow the brand by establishing partnerships, driving sales, and increasing brand visibility. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sports, and a proactive approach to customer relationships and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Partnerships
Identify and establish partnerships with pickleball coaches and facilities across Vietnam, promoting Joola’s programs and benefits.
Onboard partners and provide necessary resources to promote Joola products.
Promotion and Program Support
Lead promotion of the RPO platform and Facility Program, ensuring coaches and facilities are equipped with branded gear and promotional materials.
Facilitate sponsorships and event support.
Relationship Management and Customer Support
Serve as the primary contact for coaches and facilities, managing orders and maintaining strong, long- term relationships.
Sales and Promotion Coordination
Drive sales through coaches and pro- shops, organizing promotions, events, and tournaments to increase brand visibility.
Market Research and Reporting
Conduct market research on facilities, trends, and opportunities in Vietnam’s pickleball scene.
Track partnership and sales data, providing regular updates to management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Self- motivated, organized, and customer- focused, with strong attention to detail.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, ideally within sports, fitness, or consumer goods sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a talent for building rapport and managing relationships.
Passion for sports, particularly pickleball, and a willingness to travel extensively across Vietnam.
