ZA is looking for a talented and growth-mindset teammate to join the team as Ecom Manager who will take care whole Ecom team. This team will oversea the strategy and operation of total online sales of the brand on pure players’ platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada. The primary role would be build the ecommerce team from the ground up in conjunction with Head of Sales. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong “can do” attitude, resilience and willingness to tackle the challenges and opportunity of building a completely new team and firm the way of working of the team.

1. In-charge dedicated for Tik Tok and supervise Shopee, Lazada.
2. Develop and document all eCommerce department functions, sub-functions, roles, and job descriptions and key person to recruit the team
3. Define and develop core processes of eCommerce operations
4. Align with Line manage to build JBP with partners and commercial planning: Assortment, Sales Planning, Promotion strategy (price/non-price related)
5. Creative production: Leverage assets and resources required to bring the Brand plan to life (SIS, A+ Content, Campaign pages, Live feed design..)
6. Operation: work with 3rd to ensure KPI of Warehouse & Fulfilment, enhance CX/CS to standard of Ecom.
7. Lead and supervise overall E-store operation, promotions and transactions
