Job Focus
The role is to coordinate with central to monitor completion of payments and expenses by support of receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices to make sure compliance with local regulations and Pfizer policies.
Responsibilities
• Monitor payment and coordinate with third party and central team
• Validate employee documents
• Review Fixed assets list every month and do fixed asset and inventory count as per requirement from local regulation and Pfizer policies
• Validate credit/debit note, allocation and issue resolution
• All admin jobs: photocopy, filing and storage documents and filing the hard copies return (if any) to stay compliance with local regulations
• Support month-end closing: prepare journal for accrual/allocation/AP
• Assist with resolution of issues with vendors/end-user
• Ensure compliance with Company purchasing policy & PO process
• Assist with audits and other ad hoc projects as needed
• Other assignments as allocated by Chief Accountant from time to time

- Good communication in English
- Knowledge of accounting for US GAAP and local GAAP.
2. Skills
Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics, Verbal Communication
3. Attitude
Demonstrate teamwork, well-organized and able to work independently in the matrix organization, willing to work late during peak seasons (tax report, audit).
