We’re seeking a talented Marketing Director to lead our brand and communication strategy, grow our presence across Web3 communities, and drive impactful marketing campaigns aligned with our vision.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee key areas including Branding, Community, Social Media, Campaigns, PR, and Events.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize marketing activities.
- Work cross- functionally with Product, BD, Partnership, and Research teams to ensure consistent communication and messaging.
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategies for brand and product positioning
- Lead and grow the marketing team to deliver high- impact results
Requirements:
- Strong team management, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Solid understanding of Web3/Crypto space and global marketing trends.
- Creative mindset, self- driven, and comfortable working in a fast- paced startup environment
