- Responsible for formulationg the annual quality objectives of the Quality Assurance Department according to the company's strategic objectives

- Responsible for organizing, implementing management systems and other special process management systems

- Responsible for the audit of the quality management system by customer's on-site

- Responsible for investigating customer complaints and completing improvements.

- Participate in the order review of important projects, the review of the production process documents and the review of engineering changes

- Responsible for organizing audits of important direct suppliers

- Lead the handling of major internal quality issues and participate in MRB review

- Responsible for development of departmental training programs

- Responsible for the quality awareness training of all staff, and actively promote the quality work of all staff

- Review and approval of purchase documents and administrative matters within the department

- Report upon request of QA manager.

- Knowledge of CMM machine and Program for CMM (Hexagon)

- Continually monitor and evaluate activities of subordinates and instruct them if necessary

- Foresee any issues that may become urgent and set the preventive actions

- Knowledge of AS9100 will be preferred.
