Position: QA Senior Supervisor

Working location: Long Binh, Dong Nai

Working time: Monday - Saturday

(19 Saturdays off per year ~ 2 Saturdays off per month)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Setting quality targets and Cost Minimum (CM)/COPQ and monitor them.
• Monitor, promote & implement IQC/OQC according to the plan.
• Monitor production conditions and related activities in the factory under your management.
• Control the implementation of requirements for Automotive products: annual reliability test plans, MSA reports, periodic audit activities such as Product audit, Process audit, etc.
• Understand customer requirements (CSR)
• Control inspection & testing activities according to the quality process and plan.
• Monitor and motivate employees to implement 5S.
• Instruction and train employees.
• Control periodic skill testing of the responsible department.
• Prepare monthly quality reports.
• Analyze and make customer complaint reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Qualification: Bachelor, major in Electrical – Electronics is a plus

• At least 2 years management experiences.

• Be trained about Quality management standards (ISO 9001 -IATF 16949 – 5 Core Tools 5 Why -8D Report..). This is a mandatory requirement for Supervisor managing Automotive products group

• Ability to communicate and make report in Chinese or English;
• Computer skill (Microsoft Office);
