*Key Activities:
- Conduct training on general HSE rules for new employees and contractors.
- Support HSE Supervisor to prepare HSE reports as requirements of company and local authorities.
- Conduct site check daily to ensure HSE rule compliance when having project with critical tasks (such as working at height, hot work, confined space,...).
- Monitor HSE & security equipment/ process to ensure that they are inspected periodically (as planned) and in good condition / compliant.
- Co-ordinate with sections to handle waste in the plant.
- Ensure security related procedures implemented properly by security guards.
- Issue and track the payment for HSE-S expenses.
- Manage and coordinate PPE storage and provide to employee/ contractor properly.
- Conduct Safe to Load (random check with STL at site) when the truck coming the plant for picking up products.
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical or relevant majors.
- At least 2 years of experience in Operation/HSE activities.
- Experience in petroleum business will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment - Security activities.
- Fluently speak Vietnamese and English (both 4 skills).
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
