Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Netlink's products & services.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including online advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and client needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Identify and leverage partnerships, collaborations, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to stay ahead of the curve in monetization strategies.
- Develop compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and best practices in digital marketing.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing roles with a focus on digital marketing
- Experience in leading and managing marketing teams.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising and the publisher ecosystem is a plus
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, analytics, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving marketing targets.
