Reporting to the Plant Director, this position will drive continuous improvement projects using Operational Excellence and Process Engineering tools and methodologies to support KPIs on quality, cost and service. This position will also be overall Operational Excellence (OE) program coordinator for the factory.

1. Coordinate all the activities in the establishment of Line, Labor, Material, Capacity and Energy Standards.
2. Standardize the procedure and methodologies in establishing Production and other Factory Standards.
3. Verification of existing standards using process engineering/IE tools and methodologies.
4. Provide assistance in capturing improvement potentials in: line balance, manning levels, material losses reduction, workplace redesign, planned downtime reductions, machine rate and line performance improvement.
5. Provide assistance for efficient and ergonomic design of production lines and machines.
6. Optimize processes to improve supply chain integration (e.g. planning, cycle time reduction).
7. Assist in the follow-up of actions needed to realize tangible and intangible savings of the project.
8. Document and develop training materials on the methodologies of continuous improvement tools.
9. Educate the plants in the use of improvement methodology.
10. Consolidate plant performance & track the results of improvement initiatives.
11. Timely update of Plant Scorecard.
12. Develop procedures and systems solutions to facilitate quick and accurate generation of required data.
13. Support Strategic Planning Process.
14. Drive plant Values Stream Mapping, 6S, SMED program and other Operational Excellence initiatives.
15. Coordinate and drive Operational Excellence evaluation.
16. Other duties as may be assigned by Plant Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University graduate, major in Industrial Engineering or related courses
• Experience: at least 3-5 years relevant experience in industrial engineering
• English: can speak and write in English
• Other experience on improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred
