What will you do?

Build relationships with internal partners across the organization, in particular the event producers – the event project managers, and the content programmers/planners
Other tasks will be discussed in the interview.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that all materials are printed or created in time for the event
Create ideas and topics for the contents related to promotion for the company’s services and products.
Implement the plan, compose, and edit posters in Korean on requirements
Communicating (mainly Korean) with clients for any concerns or questions about the event’s progress/ project
Manage Korean contents of the company&039;s social media and website (creating, posting, contacting...) and carry out research when assigned.
Coordinate with event vendors/planners to ensure that all elements of the event are delivered as planned

What you need to have:

Public relations or marketing experience preferred
Experience of Marketing is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Canva, Adobe a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills in Korean
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Korean, Marketing, English, Journalism, ...
Have knowledge of the software product marketing is a plus.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Good English reading & writing
Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
Ability to create, edit and promote engaging digital content and support brand development
