What You'll Do

- Develop an efficient talent acquisition strategy for the entire group.

The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Director role brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, coupled with strong leadership skills. You have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective talent sourcing strategies, and you understand the importance of employer branding. Your analytical skills enable you to assess complex information and make data-driven decisions. You are proficient in English and have experience managing a recruitment team. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 5 years in a similar position.
- Proficiency in English.
- In-depth knowledge of full life cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Ability to analyze job descriptions and requirements to target suitable candidates effectively.
- Analytical skills for reading data and reports to assess complex information.
- Knowledge of different recruitment channels, candidate sourcing techniques, and promoting employer brand.
- Experience with social media engagement across various platforms.
- Familiarity with operating applicant tracking systems.
- Experience managing a recruitment team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition.
