About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team and contribute to the ongoing development of our cutting- edge SaaS- based IoT/IIoT platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on analyzing technical and business needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and collaborating with cross- functional teams in an Agile environment. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape the future of IoT enterprise applications that serve global manufacturing and smart industry clients.
Key Responsibilities

Business & Technical Analysis
Assist in reviewing system designs, ensuring consistency with defined requirements and user experience expectations.
Ensure compliance with security standards like OWASP, ISO, and IEC.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to SaaS- based IoT/IIoT solutions.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and wireframes using tools like Figma.
Collaboration & Communication
Track progress, risks, and issues while ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
Lead requirement discussions with global teams and stakeholders.
Liaise between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure mutual understanding of goals and deliverables.
Support testing and validation of feature implementation from a business analysis perspective.
Agile Project Support
Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Track work progress using tools such as Azure DevOps and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Software & System Optimization
Contribute ideas to improve user interfaces and system workflows.
Collaborate with developers and QA to identify opportunities for platform performance enhancements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience working in cross- functional teams using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
Familiarity with JavaScript concepts and basic understanding of web application architecture.
Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Hands- on experience with Figma for UI/UX review and wireframing.
2–4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in SaaS or IoT/IIoT platforms.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with security and data protection standards such as OWASP, ISO, and IEC.
Previous involvement in software architecture discussions, API integration, or data modeling.
Experience in leading requirement discussions or workshops with global stakeholders.
Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD workflows.
Experience working with or analyzing enterprise applications such as CRM, Salesforce, or MES systems.
