- To manage production department for fulfilling the Production realization with compliance to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), Quality, Production Performance (KPI), Process-Equipment Control and Continuous Improvement through Quality management system
- To develop people capability in operation skill, ensure understanding HSEQ policy and standards and commitment in daily activities
- To carry out the production realization according to Plan with compliant to HSE, Quality, Cost, Process standards
- Production-manpower planning for ensuring of qualified manpower to be available for manufacturing product as per sale demand and forecast
- Production monitoring and controlling to ensure that production performance is achieved in manufacturing good quality product with no compromise on HSE
- Responsible to carry out assessment, manage and improve on risks in production area and related functions to comply with HSE standards.
- Responsible to deploy and implement HSEQ program in production area.
- Ensure incidents/accidents of HSEQ and Production are reported and investigated
- Ensuring all NCR, CAR, customer complaints are investigated and done effectively till completion
- Ensure that Quality Management System of production department is good Establishment, Deployment, Training and Maintaining in consistence with Company Policy and Standard
- Ensuring the quality continuous process improvement projects are planned, implemented and monitored to deliver the annual quality objectives
- Production Budget monitoring and control to ensure that production expense is within budget and material usage to BOM standard.
- To cooperate with engineering department for daily break down, period preventive maintenance to limit the production breakdown under control target
- Supporting the New Product process are developed and Implemented properly
- To carry out the Manufacturing Operational Excellent program for developing the robust production system and Leading Quality Improvement Program as 6 Sigma concept
- To set up, manage and lead production team and Ensure production Team is developed, Trained, Coached for adapting to Business Growth
- To prepare production staff development plan to ensure that production staffs are competent in delivery the expected performance with good morale
