Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at BEE LOGISTICS CORPORATION in Hanoi, Vietnam. As Head of Sales for Vietnam you will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing new business and implementing strategies that will drive the company’s growth and expansion. This senior role requires an enthusiastic professional with solid experience in the logistics industry and first leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration/ Logistics or equivalent.
• A minimum of 15 years of logistics industry experience
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral
• A solid background in the Freight Forwarding industry (especially land and sea freight)
• Knowledge and network in niche markets such as special commodities
• Additional knowledge special trade-lanes, e.g. Europe, Oceania, South/Latin- America, Middle East, etc. are welcome but not a must-have
• A “can-do” mindset coupled with empathy and an unwaveringly positive attitude.
• Stellar written and oral communication skills, empowering you to persuade, influence, negotiate, and captivate audiences.
• Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the business and with customers
