Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our dynamic Consumer Solutions team which is responsible for all consumers facing digital infrastructure at ZWILLING. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across our website to ensure an engaging and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and experience with HTML and CSS.
Responsibilities: • (50%) Monitoring all websites to ensure all content is being displayed correctly (copy, images, links, site functions etc.) and report issues via tickets. • (50%) Creation, maintenance, and rollout of: Content pages Recipe content for online shops and the ZWILLING app Content assets for product detail pages • Support ZWILLING´s subsidiaries with the maintenance of translations if needed.

Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) • (Must-have) Experience with CMS like SFCC Page Designer, Typo3, WordPress, HubSpot or similar • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS as well as image editing programs such as Photoshop • Initial experience with Jira and Confluence or other ticket systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and windows-based systems • Good time management skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a multicultural team • Creativity and an eye for detail when it comes to setting up content pages • Flexibility in working hours if required (e.g. for live training) • Having experience in the field of e-commerce (with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other shop systems) is preferable.
