The Senior Integrated Planner plays a pivotal role in leading strategic media planning with a strong emphasis on traditional channels, including Out-of-Home (OOH), TV, Print, and other offline media. This role ensures seamless integration across traditional and digital platforms to achieve client business goals while contributing to innovation, efficiency, and team development.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Traditional Media Planning (Primary Focus – 80%)

Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive OOH and traditional media plans aligned with client objectives.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns: media selection, budget allocation, scheduling, and delivery tracking.
Oversee the development of media calendars, campaign timelines, material sheets, and inventory management.
Conduct competitive market analysis and utilize statistical tools to optimize traditional media performance.
Collaborate with media vendors and internal teams to ensure timely execution and material delivery.
Provide performance analysis and post-campaign reports, offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Integrated Media & Strategic Planning (Secondary Focus – 20%)

Contribute to the development of integrated media strategies combining traditional and digital channels.
Support campaign integration across platforms, ensuring synergy between offline and online efforts.
Collaborate with creative, data, and technology teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment.
Identify new trends, innovations, and technologies in both traditional and digital media to enhance overall effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration

Act as a key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external media partners.
Ensure clear communication and alignment throughout campaign planning and execution phases.
Mentor and guide junior planners, fostering skill development and team collaboration.
Identify opportunities to streamline planning and reporting processes for better operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

3+ years of experience in media planning, with a strong focus on traditional media (especially OOH) in an agency or media environment.
Solid understanding of the offline media ecosystem (OOH, TV, Print, Radio, etc.) and how it integrates with digital.
Proficiency in media planning tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
Experience managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with digital platforms (Google, Meta) is a plus.
Familiarity with programmatic OOH, tracking tools, and attribution models is an advantage.
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is desirable.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
