Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Job Purpose:
• To perform credit activities strictly and in accordance with the approved policies/regulations
• To perform and monitor credit approval and ensure to fully comply with internal polices as well as regulatory requirement in order to minimize risks.
• To monitor operational risk to ensure maintaining satisfactory threshold.
2. Principle Accountabilities
* Credit Evaluation & Monitoring
- Provide value-added credit advisory/guidance on discussions initiated by Business Units
* Processing daily works
- Update the purchasing power for Foreign Institutional clients
- Export and store daily data
* Margin call/force sell processing
- Notify margin call status to brokers and customers
- Prepare and send force-sell file to CS for placing force-sell order
* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports
- Prepare reports sent to local, regional management and regulations
* Marginable Stock List Review and Monitoring
- Review marginable stock list
- Set margin ratio and margin room limit in the system
- Monitor margin account status
- Monitor market movement
- Review and monitor the single counter and single client exposure concentration.
* Implement Risk projects
- Make detail plans and collaborate with related people to implement the projects
* System enhancement
- Detect and describe detailed bugs/problems of system to manager/project team
- Propose system enhancement for automation
* Performs other duties as assigned by superiors

Qualifications & Competencies:
**Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Economics
SSC licensed for brokerage
Comprehend the financial/economic knowledge
At least 03-year experience in relevant financial fields such as stock, banking, auditing…
**Competencies
Careful, independent and responsible
High skills in computation and using office computer, especially Excel
- Good command in English is an advantage, business English communication/writing also essential for the job
Knowledge of securities, securities market. Updated knowledge about the economic situation – social and legal provisions relevant.
Working in high pressure environment.
**Qualification
