Our client is a multinational pharmaceuticals ingredients organization, with sales representation and product manufacturing across the globe. With the current growth and global expansion, especially in Vietnam, they are looking for a Vietnam National Sales Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Description
- Plan and Achieve revenue goals
- Deliver customers and distributor trainings
- Comply with mandatory training and attend training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectively
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Distributor teams to develop activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the business gain market share and differentiate from its competitors
- Maintain and develop relationships with decision makers
- Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential
- Maintain knowledge of competitor's products, activities, and strategies in Vietnam
- Willing to learn extensively and constantly develop commercial skills and acumen
- Organize live case workshops to drive best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required. Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical or Life Science related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile organization and is motivated by a high-growth and high-performing environment
- Self-disciplined, organized and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives
- Demonstrates a solutions-focused approach with high capability to solve problems and present solutions
- Willingness to learn extensively and constantly develop clinical skills and acumen
- Strong work ethics and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout territory
- Ability and willingness to work flexibly
