• Maintaining a good relationship with the client, informing the management of chances, and threats in the market.
• Maintaining contacts with the certifier on regular basis.
• As per ISO19011 requirements, planning and preparation of assessments, execution of assessments and to provide a report with findings as to the conformity with all the requirements.
• Initiating the assessment.
• Conducting document review.
• Preparing for the on-site assessment activities.
• Conducting on-site assessment activities.
• Preparing, approving, and distributing the assessment report.
• Conducting assessment follow-up.
• Assistance with handling of claims and appeals.
• Maintaining up to date files of all quality policies, procedures, working instructions and documentation issued by Control Union Certifications.
• Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to the sectors in which assessments are carried out.
