PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Focus on driving sales opportunities, gaining market share and have ability to find new leads.
Cultivate relationships with prospective clients to catalyze business development success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain customer relationships, ensure strong communication between current clients.
Collaborate with customer service and sale admin to maintain service chain.
Look for sale opportunities in laboratory services, particularly agricultural testing, for example pesticides residue, aflatoxins, ETC.
Conduct research and analysis on various markets to deem whether feasible and worth the investment to develop business within.
Prepare quotations and contracts.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possessing excellent English skills (4 skills).
University degree or a comparable level in a relevant discipline, chemistry/biology major preferred.
Previous experience and record of success at the same role for at least 2 years.
Understanding about the agricultural testing market is a plus.
Experienced working in laboratory testing is an advantage.

SOFT SKILLS

Experience with tendering and dealing with clients.
Must be a strong team player.
Demonstrate business acumen and a solid customer- oriented mindset.
Strong communication and time management skills.
